Ever read the Warhammer40k Berserker mythos?
Slew his entire platoon using only his ChainAxe because they refused to push on into a deadly sandstorm and defeat the enemy.
In the game you roll to see if he makes a follow up attack after defeating an opponent. If the roll says yes he attacks the next enemy unit within 2 inches.
If no enemies are within 2 inches he starts hacking down his own troops.
